We are excited to announce that PowerCloud Systems, the company behind Skydog, has been acquired.

While Skydog routers are no longer available for purchase, all existing customers will continue to enjoy the current Skydog terms of service and features for the remainder of their subscription.

We want to thank all of our customers, especially our early backers on Kickstarter, for supporting our product and providing the consistent feedback that has allowed us to make it grow into the great product it is today.

1. Where can I buy Skydog?

Skydog is no longer available for sale.

2. What happens to my existing Skydog?

Your Skydog service will continue for the remainder of the subscription included in your purchase. Our privacy policies, terms of service, and customer support policies will remain in effect for the remainder of your subscription period.

3. What happens to my personal data?

Your personal data will remain within PowerCloud Systems and there will be no changes to the Privacy Policy.

4. What happens when my 3 years of service are up?

There is currently no commitment of service beyond the existing subscription.

5. How do I find my subscription end date?

After logging into your account, click on the network button in the top right corner. (The button displays the name of your home network). The subscription end date will be shown in the drop-down menu.
